Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Carefully place your dried arrangements or decor in their original protective box to prevent breakage during transit, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked.
Ship via Carrier
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items for quality, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
